By downloading, installing, or using StyloMac ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StyloMac is a macOS application that uses artificial intelligence to learn your writing style and generate text in your voice. The App is designed to help you write faster while maintaining your personal tone and style.

3. User Accounts and Subscription

To use StyloMac, you must create an account and maintain an active subscription. We offer:

  • • Monthly subscription at $5/month
  • • Annual subscription at $48/year
  • • 3-day free trial for new users
  • • Up to 3 devices per subscription

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StyloMac only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

  • • Use the App to create harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • • Share your account credentials with others
  • • Use the App beyond the device limit of your subscription
  • • Circumvent any security measures or access controls

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Your writing samples and generated content are processed locally on your device when possible, and we do not use your personal writing data to train our general models.

6. Intellectual Property

StyloMac and all related materials are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the App, but you grant us a license to process your writing samples to provide the personalization service.

7. Payment and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed automatically. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for annual subscriptions, and within 3 days for monthly subscriptions, provided the refund request includes a valid reason.

8. Disclaimers

StyloMac is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. The quality of generated content depends on various factors and may not always meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of StyloMac, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, though provisions regarding privacy, intellectual property, and limitations of liability will survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
